This Sunday 's game was against
league leaders Dynamo's and a tuff game was expected it did not
disappoint. Saints started slowly and were soon 1 goal down
Dynamo's were playing a very hard game with tackles flying in
from all directions they then got every dubious penalty ( but
are;nt they all ) and went 2 up Saints replied with a lovely
near post flick after good work by D Gloor on the left wing then
L Weaver scored with what was the goal of the game 35yard shot
that had their goalie stranded half time 2- 2.
The second half started with
Dynamo's becoming more physical and scored twice to go infront
but led by their captain N Whiting Saints played quality
football and with J Black scoring at the far post he game was
not lost then a quality free kick from D Rudd from 25yards
brought the game equal Dynamo's scored avery good goal 10 mins
from time but with Saints players taking knocks all their hard
work was to no avail they came off the pitch a proud team who
had shown they can play football against a very physical team
who lead the table
MOTM goes to Josh fowlds who
contained their midfield which was key to the game.
