Macc went 0-1 down to a Winsford goal until a strong shot by Sam Wilson brought things level. 1-1 goal assist by Thomas Markey.
Winsford again took the lead making the score 1-2..........Thomas Markey replied with an fine equaliser again bringing the score level..............2-2 into half time. A fair half time score.
Into the second half, Saints upped their game by showing a rock solid defence. The players held their positions well and got the goal they deserved from Alex Krayewski.
Into the lead Macc Saints go for the first time in the game. Goalkeeper Joseph Machin saved an excellent shot from Winsford during last minute of the game to stop Winsford equalising.
This was an excellent game to watch with Macc fighting hard and twice coming from behind to win the game 3-2.

The Saints unfortunately lost this match 1-5 after great passing from the Winsford side earned them the win.
Doug Swallow scored Macc's only goal and went into half time 1-4 down.
A special thanks to Matt English who stood in as Goalkeeper and to Doug Swallow who took over from him when he became injured during second half!!!
A disappointing result for the team today but we are sure that they will fight back strong next time out!
