Two hard fought games today.  Well battled by both teams! 

Team A: Callum Bailey, Harry Nesbit, Ben Heginbotham, Jessica Tomlinson, Kai Greasby, Scott Dinsley (c), Adam Leonard, Joe Heginbotham, Leon Jackson.

This weekend was a treat for the saints as they got to play on a real pitch terraces, dug outs, the lot, unfortunately this didn't raise the game as team A struggled against a physical Middlewich side who took an early 1-0 lead and never looked like losing it, Harry Nesbit put in a Player of the Match performance at the back as the Saints defensive line looked pretty solid once again.

Team B: Lewis Forshaw, Patrick Swallow, George Wilson, Tom Cawley(c), Daniel Tute, Josh Churchman, Daniel Dolling, Maddy Odell

Team B also went down 1-0 although they had the chances to get something from the game as Josh Churchman was unlucky on 2 occasions when through on goal. Dan Tute was the Player of the Match as an enforced move into defence was the making of him in the second half as he and Patrick concentrated hard and refused to let there opponents through again.

Two good games in all although the goals seem to have dried up for both teams of late and a bit more confidence and composure in attack is called for hopefully with two home games to finish the season this will come.
